What is an Exit Window? +

An Exit Window is a biannual period (May & November) when investors can buy or sell shares in properties on our platform, providing structured liquidity opportunities.

Who can participate? +

Any investor with a Seedio account who has passed KYC/AML checks. Sellers must hold shares past the 1-year lock-in period.

How do I set my sale price? +

You can list shares at current market value or offer up to a 20% discount to attract buyers during the Exit Window.

What fees apply? +

A 1% management fee is charged on the gross sale amount, covering transaction facilitation and property management costs.

What happens if my shares don't sell? +

Unsold shares remain in your portfolio and can be relisted in the next Exit Window or held long-term.
